About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with leaders on strategic people topics such as talent and succession planning, organizational development, capability building, performance, and reward
  • Advise leaders and business stakeholders on organizational, talent, leadership, and culture-related matters
  • Actively shape a values-driven company culture
  • Develop leadership capabilities through coaching, feedback, and targeted development initiatives
  • Own talent management topics including employer branding, talent acquisition, learning and development, and retention
  • Design and implement HR initiatives that support business priorities
  • Collaborate with local HR teams in markets and plants to ensure global consistency and local compliance across employment law, contractual, payroll, and employee relations matters
  • Provide operational HR Business Partner support for the plants in Germany

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international, complex environment, ideally within a matrix organization
  • Experience implementing talent, change, and organizational development initiatives
  • Proven experience managing HR initiatives and projects from planning through successful implementation
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, change processes, and effective communication in day-to-day business
  • Confidence working with leaders, local HR teams, plants, and ideally employee representatives
  • Ability to advise, coach, and constructively challenge leaders
  • Hands-on mindset, pragmatic approach, and willingness to drive initiatives forward independently
  • Flexibility to switch between strategic, conceptual, and operational topics
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence
  • Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus
