About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure effective day-to-day HR management aligned with organizational needs and defined HR strategies
- Support managers with their day-to-day activities and challenges, including individual and collective employee relations
- Anticipate and address recruitment and career management needs
- Implement tools and processes to identify talent and plan career development
- Lead onboarding processes, the annual performance review cycle, skills development, and internal mobility
- Maintain excellent communication and trusted relationships with employee representatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend corrective actions to improve the working climate
- Promote and develop the company culture
- Foster the development of every employee’s potential
- Collaborate with site directors and operational units across a scope of 270 employees at three production sites
- Lead employee relations across the different sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in an HRBP role within an industrial environment, ideally across multiple sites
- Strong understanding of operational realities combined with strategic vision and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to business changes
- Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data and prepare reports
- Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to collective success
- Fluency in English to work effectively within an international Group
- Qualifications in employment law are an additional advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and excellent ability to learn
- Proficiency in HR management systems, particularly SuccessFactors and Teamtailor
- Willingness to travel occasionally to sites within the assigned scope
