  • Deliver consistent business results by creating customer experiences and deepening relationships
  • Maintain understanding of selling culture and OMNI functionality, including order/ship from store, clienteling, and outreach
  • Develop and execute strategies for new customer acquisition and local community relationships
  • Use customer feedback and insights to enhance the selling culture and customer experience
  • Provide weekly Customer Mindset context and communicate NPS and district feedback
  • Manage expenses and control payroll
  • Use reporting to maximize district efficiencies and implement strategies and action plans
  • Monitor retail competitive trends and bring innovative solutions
  • Analyze Profit/Loss reports and drive EBITDA
  • Communicate expectations, provide guidance, deliver feedback, and empower team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of multi-store leadership experience within specialty retail preferred
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and delight customers, build trust with business partners, and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated success driving results
  • Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning, operational execution, and employee motivation
  • Positive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to push through obstacles and maintain high personal standards
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, tablet/mobile devices, and social media
  • Ability to identify and communicate macro or micro trends affecting the business
  • Ability to travel, work weekends, and attend networking events as required
  • Ability to move throughout a store and perform standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, climbing, lifting, bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
