About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
  • Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach
  • Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals
  • Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of retail management experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships
  • Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
