About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, design, and develop data-pipeline components to enable machine-learning models in production.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and Research Scientists to translate state-of-the-art work into production systems.
Develop metrics to measure the outcomes and impact of introduced solutions.
Investigate existing pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and optimize ML component throughput and latency.
Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
Communicate with business and technical teams to understand analytics requirements.
Work on large-scale, low-latency ML systems handling billions of requests per day in milliseconds.
Collaborate with regional cross-country R&D teams, Data Scientists, Research Scientists, and Software Engineers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of Java and Python.
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Strong analytics and problem-solving technique.
At least 1 year of working experience as an ML, Data, or Software Engineer, or equivalent.
Understanding of online advertising technology and RTB is a strong plus.
Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new technology or concepts quickly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimum supervision.
Familiarity with using LLMs and AI coding assistants for development is a plus.
Reasonable written and spoken English communication.
