  • Manage and provide input to the community ideation pipeline
  • Gather, document, and refine product feature requirements
  • Research the product market and interview subject matter experts
  • Draft product roadmap collateral
  • Help run beta and pilot programs for early-stage products
  • Facilitate defect triage between product, support, and engineering
  • Track feature adoption and product utilization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled and working toward a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a similar collegiate program
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Highly organized and result-oriented
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, respect, and commitment
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must work in the Clearwater, Florida office 3 days a week
  • Responsible for relocation and lodging expenses if needed
  • Applicant assessment and background check may be part of the hiring procedure
