About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Global Demand team with internal and third-party marketing programs
- Help set up, monitor, and report on demand generation programs
- Create and update Salesforce campaigns for marketing programs
- Track campaign pacing and lead quality
- Identify discrepancies and manage lead-return processes with third-party vendors
- Create and manage campaign tracking links in the UTM database
- Assist in developing campaign assets and manage handoffs to external vendors
- Verify, clean, and process lead reports from third-party vendors
- Monitor full-funnel programs and lead lifecycles within Salesforce
- Interpret initiative pacing and ROI to support data-driven optimization decisions
- Learn UTM tracking and multi-channel program attribution
- Understand third-party partnership mechanics, creative delivery, and lead quality audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field
- Strong desire to learn marketing technology
- Prior exposure to a CRM such as Salesforce or email marketing tools is preferred
- Ability to write clearly and professionally when coordinating with external partners or vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects or demand programs simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Ability to multitask and remain results oriented and organizationally proficient
- Team-oriented and willing to help others achieve success
- Ability to develop creative solutions
- Ability to think and act independently
- Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple competing tasks
- Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and tactfully with external partners and coworkers
- Self-reliance, innovation, sound judgment, and pragmatism
- Compliance or in-house experience is a plus
- Ability to work in the Arlington, Virginia office three days a week
