About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create animated 2- and 3-dimensional images to enhance interactive training modules into dynamic e-learning modules
Design supporting materials including posters, security documents, and motion graphics
Develop and produce visually engaging digital content combining graphics, animation, video, and interactive media
Create graphics and edit photos for use within animations
Create and edit videos and animations
Perform sound mixing and synchronization
Prepare and package graphic assets for localization vendors
Follow internal style guides, file hierarchies, and production flow procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support diverse, equitable, and inclusive content
Ensure conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
Participate in conceptualization, storyboarding, layout, animation, graphic design, and editing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in Digital Media, Animation, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Portfolio showcasing creative writing and visual storytelling through social media content
Proficiency with post-production and video editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Audition
Experience creating and editing illustrated animations; coursework, freelance work, internships, or personal projects accepted
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current video trends
Strong verbal and written communications
Excellent time management and organization skills
Experience with audio editing software
Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
Experience with MS Office, including Word and Excel
Experience with web browsers, including Chrome and Internet Explorer
Ability to work within deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to ensure conformance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA
