About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own commercial performance across assigned brand websites, including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, and checkout completion
  • Analyze performance by brand, product, audience, device, traffic source, and customer segment
  • Translate performance trends into prioritized business recommendations
  • Support promotional planning and ensure campaigns are accurately represented on websites
  • Maintain execution quality across product pages, category pages, landing pages, cart, and checkout
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized optimization roadmap
  • Identify conversion friction through quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Design, launch, and evaluate controlled experiments with documented hypotheses, success measures, and decision rules
  • Apply alternatives to A/B testing when sample sizes do not support conclusive results
  • Segment new and returning visitors for membership or subscription brands
  • Document outcomes and maintain a shared archive of portfolio-wide learnings
  • Manage presentation and prioritization of products, bundles, subscriptions, promotions, and offers
  • Optimize product hierarchy, featured placements, recommendations, cross-sells, and upsells
  • Partner with Product Line Owners on approved packaging and pricing presentation
  • Translate approved product strategy into effective on-site merchandising for launches
  • Develop requirements and acceptance criteria for commercial website changes
  • Conduct pre-launch and post-launch QA across devices, browsers, and key customer journeys
  • Validate pricing displays, promotional logic, forms, tracking, cart behavior, and checkout functionality
  • Identify and escalate defects creating revenue, customer experience, compliance, or reputational risk
  • Report on ecommerce performance metrics and experiment results
  • Partner with Rev Ops & BI to validate reporting, attribution, funnel definitions, and measurement quality
  • Distinguish meaningful performance changes from normal variation and present recommended actions
  • Collaborate with Brand Growth, Product, Content, Technology, Operations, Paid Media, SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing
  • Protect brand trust by avoiding misleading urgency, unclear pricing, hidden terms, and manipulative purchase experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in ecommerce, conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, or digital product optimization
  • Demonstrated improvement of conversion and revenue on a transactional website, with direct accountability for results
  • Hands-on experience designing, quality-assuring, and analyzing controlled experiments end to end
  • Strong command of GA4 and ecommerce funnel reporting, including distinguishing signal from normal variation
  • Proficiency with WordPress and comfort implementing site changes directly
  • Comfort managing multiple brands or business lines simultaneously and prioritizing competing demands
  • Preferred: experience in professional education, healthcare education, continuing education, subscription products, or regulated industries
  • Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, HTML, and CSS
  • Working knowledge of experimentation methodology, including statistical power, test duration, and when testing is not the right tool
  • Experience with personalization, recommendation engines, or merchandising tools
