About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide personalised coaching, feedback and motivation to a cohort of adult learners
  • Create individual learning plans connecting on-the-job and off-the-job learning
  • Hold monthly one-to-one coaching sessions of at least 30 minutes
  • Conduct tripartite progress reviews with learners and line managers every 6–8 weeks
  • Develop and deliver subject-specific learning resources, group workshops and webinars
  • Track progress, set SMART goals and prepare learners for end-point assessment
  • Identify learners at risk of falling behind or disengaging and agree tailored interventions
  • Support learners returning from breaks in learning and those facing delays to complete
  • Maintain accurate learner records on the day of each interaction
  • Monitor off-the-job learning requirements and deliver against quality and performance targets
  • Refer learners for functional skills support where needed
  • Contribute to standardisation meetings and collaborate with curriculum colleagues
  • Work with learners, line managers and colleagues across curriculum and delivery to support engagement, progress and successful completion
