About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business teams across knownwell to turn data into clear metrics, dashboards, and answers
Establish and refine performance metrics with business teams
Develop and support well-documented Hex dashboards for self-serve operational reporting
Run ad hoc and exploratory analyses for operational and business questions
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and provide actionable, data-backed recommendations
Advise the business with insights that shape priorities and strategic decisions
Hold stakeholder check-ins covering project status, priorities, and team capacity
Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Data to ensure appropriate data capture and reporting availability
Contribute to dbt models supporting consistent, reliable, and scalable reporting
Report to the Senior Data Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least five years of analytics experience
Track record of building dashboards and reporting that teams rely on
Advanced SQL proficiency
Comfort working with data from many different sources
Hands-on experience building data models and dashboards in Hex, Omni, Tableau, Looker, or a similar BI tool
Rigorous analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
Clear communication skills, including explaining technical work in plain language to non-technical colleagues and executives
Enthusiasm for AI, with regular use of LLMs and automation
Ability to stay effective amid ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders
Working knowledge of dbt or a comparable transformation tool preferred, not required
Authorization to work in the United States is requested in the application form
