About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the roadmap and execution for projects across clinical intelligence, web and mobile applications, and backend
- Write specifications engineers can build from and manage delivery from scoping through release
- Run standups and engineering syncs, triage tickets, and maintain priorities
- Review builds and QA releases, especially mobile releases
- Define and instrument product metrics, event taxonomy, tracking, and dashboards
- Build adoption and usage reporting in Amplitude
- Track and report adoption, active usage, note completion, and retention KPIs
- Write SQL and analyze product data
- Use AI coding and design tools to prototype ideas and test them before engineering commitment
- Gather clinician feedback through customer site visits and user research
- Convert feedback into prioritized backlog items
- Partner on launch plans, positioning, and go-to-market timing
- Write release notes and customer-facing product updates
- Build sales and customer enablement materials
- Contribute to case studies and impact content
- Partner with Customer Delivery, Implementation, leadership, Engineering, and founders
- Communicate product decisions through specifications and company-wide updates
- Report to the CTO as an individual contributor on a two-person product team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is unavailable
- 3+ years as a PM or TPM shipping B2B SaaS, ideally including a production mobile app (iOS/Android)
- Experience shipping products end to end
- Broad product experience across multiple areas
- Ability to read code, scope APIs and integrations, and work directly with engineers
- Comfortable discussing architecture and data flows and writing implementation-ready specifications
- Daily hands-on use of Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma, and Claude Design
- Hands-on product analytics experience, including event taxonomies, dashboards in Amplitude or Mixpanel/Heap, and SQL
- Experience owning and improving product metrics
- Excellent writing skills for specs, release notes, and customer-facing updates
- Clear communication with engineers, clinicians, customers, and leadership
- High ownership and ability to thrive with ambiguity
- Interest in clinicians and healthcare workflows and motivation to reduce clinician burnout
- Track record of taking on work beyond the job description
- Healthcare or health tech experience is strongly preferred, including EHR integrations, clinical workflows, or HIPAA
- Product marketing experience is strongly preferred, including launch plans, positioning, sales enablement, or case studies
- Exposure to regulated or federal environments is strongly preferred, including FedRAMP, VA, or Section 508/WCAG
- Experience running user research or UX studies with clinicians or professional end users is strongly preferred
- Coding background or CS degree is strongly preferred
