About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide senior third-line incident management, including diagnosis, investigation, and resolution
Deliver technical project implementation services to multiple international customers
Focus on Azure and other cloud technologies
Work with incident management, service desk, technical teams, and customers
Understand and proactively meet contractual SLAs and KPIs
Provide detailed communication to internal teams and customers
Work directly with vendors to identify and apply innovative solutions
Follow through with vendors to achieve timely issue resolution
Identify and contribute to customer service improvements, initiatives, and solution realization
Develop cooperative interdepartmental relationships and communications
Cover core UK working hours as required
Provide rotational out-of-hours standby cover
Work approved overtime when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

AZ-104 certification
AZ-140 certification
2–5 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS in an enterprise environment
2–5 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory Services
2–5 years’ experience with PowerShell scripting
Experience configuring and maintaining Azure resources, including Virtual Machines, AVD, Key Vaults, Bastion, Azure Policy, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access Policies, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Backups, Azure Update Manager, Azure Arc, Logic Apps, PIM, RBAC, and Enterprise Applications
Experience compiling technical documentation and user guides for IT systems and applications
Strong written and oral communication in English
Strong troubleshooting ability in a large-scale, fast-paced operations environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority objectives
Ability to make timely decisions under uncertainty or stress
Ability to design comprehensive, realistic, and effective solutions and plans
Ability to manage client and management expectations
Ability to adjust plans to changing business priorities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Effective communication with customers and vendors
Ability to mentor teammates
Reliability and commitment to completing work, including after-hours support as required
