About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements
Translate business requirements into process flow maps, user stories, as-is versus to-be analyses, and reports
Create persona profiles and user journeys
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making
Liaise between business units and technology teams to clarify requirements and project objectives
Interpret technical solutions to understand their impact on people and ways of working
Design and implement business change strategies as part of wider technical solutions
Create adoption materials for different audiences
Predict potential resistance and engage stakeholders to gain buy-in
Facilitate client meetings and workshops
Use agile working practices and adapt to changing priorities
Manage, prepare, and support change across multiple clients
Exceed client expectations and support sustained client success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrable understanding of adoption and change management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating business needs into requirements
Skills in understanding, designing, and delivering change with Microsoft technology
Understanding of successful adoption
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage meetings and present effectively
Experience working in a corporate environment
