About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and integrate Microsoft Entra-based identity solutions
- Deliver Microsoft Entra Identity Governance components, including Entra ID Provisioning API, Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and Privileged Identity Management
- Map and model access policies supporting business roles and audit requirements
- Design and implement automatic provisioning to external systems through Workday, SAP, Microsoft Graph API, custom provisioning, and SCIM-based connectors
- Develop or configure custom identity connectors where native options are unavailable
- Build and maintain identity workflows using Logic Apps, Power Automate, and related tools
- Integrate Entra with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and on-premises directories
- Deliver hands-on identity implementations from design through testing and go-live
- Lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into practical configurations
- Troubleshoot provisioning and governance issues in complex hybrid environments
- Document configurations, runbooks, and operational procedures for transition to BAU support
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project managers on end-to-end solutions
- Mentor team members and contribute to reusable templates, automation scripts, and service improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Entra Identity Governance, including Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and PIM
- Experience with automated provisioning to cloud and on-prem systems using Microsoft Entra Provisioning Service, SCIM, and Graph API
- Integration experience with Workday, SAP, or custom HRIS platforms
- Proven ability to implement and manage custom provisioning connectors
- Proficiency with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or equivalent workflow automation tools
- Strong scripting knowledge, including PowerShell and Graph API queries
- Deep understanding of modern identity protocols and Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle patterns
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in a client-facing environment
- Microsoft certifications such as SC-300, SC-100, or AZ-104 are desirable
- Experience integrating Entra with legacy directories or ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is desirable
- Familiarity with Azure CI/CD pipelines or infrastructure-as-code using Terraform/Bicep is desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) for legacy transitions is desirable
