Key responsibilities & impact

Execute complex month-end closing procedures, including revenue and cost of manufacturing allocation, headcount/hours tracking, EBIT breakdowns, and comprehensive P&L reviews
Uphold basic accounting and tax principles, including expense tracking
Lead corporate budgets and rolling forecasts across multiple cost centers
Conduct monthly departmental budget reviews with managers
Perform hourly rate determinations, variance analysis, and expense-report monitoring
Champion AI tools to automate manual tasks, optimize data models, and eliminate finance-process inefficiencies
Act as a power user for SAP Business ByDesign
Manage SAP organizational-unit maintenance and support ERP enhancement projects
Maintain data integrity across reporting systems
Provide analytical support for key accounts and parent-company requests
Deliver on-demand analyses for executive leadership
Assist team members on joint financial initiatives
Serve as primary liaison for financial inquiries, ad-hoc reporting, and corporate alignment with the German parent company
Communicate local financial data transparently and promptly to global stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or another related degree program
3-5+ years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, corporate controlling, or cost accounting
Deep knowledge of cost accounting and business controlling
Solid understanding of bookkeeping, double-entry accounting, and IFRS
Exceptional dedication to utilizing Artificial Intelligence to enhance and streamline financial workflows
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems; SAP Business ByDesign strongly preferred
Knowledge of CRM tools, including Salesforce
Hands-on experience with Jedox, OneStream, and TIP highly advantageous
Expert proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Advanced quantitative modeling skills for big data and complex financial reports
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical specifications into clear terms
Ability to collaborate effectively with international factory partners
