About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install printing systems, telephony equipment, and digital displays on customer sites
- Monitor and maintain equipment
- Provide after-sales service
- Liaise with the sales teams to support customer retention
- Advise and assist customers with the use of the equipment
- Carry out cross-functional assignments related to digital, networking, and IT activities
- Cover the Drôme and Ardèche regions
- Work under Hervé’s supervision
- Complete ongoing training provided by the brands distributed by Koesio, including Canon, Toshiba, HP, and Sharp
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good knowledge of IT, electrical engineering, and/or maintenance
- Enjoy customer interaction and be committed to providing excellent service
- Be organized and able to work independently
- Be dynamic and bring a positive attitude
- Ideally, have previous successful experience in a similar role
- A valid driving license is required for field assignments and use of the company vehicle
