About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a Multi-Trade Technician specializing in Printing, Telecoms and Digital Solutions across the Drôme and Ardèche regions
Install printing systems, telephony equipment and digital displays on customer sites
Monitor and perform equipment maintenance
Provide after-sales service and support
Liaise with the sales teams to strengthen and retain customer relationships
Advise and assist customers in using the equipment
Carry out cross-functional assignments related to digital solutions, networking and IT
Work under the supervision of Hervé, Technical Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enjoy working with people and be committed to delivering excellent customer service
Be organized and able to work independently
Be proactive and bring a positive attitude
Good knowledge of IT, electrical engineering and/or maintenance
Previous successful experience in a similar role would be an advantage
A valid driving licence is required for field-based assignments and use of the company vehicle
