About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare assignments: contact clients, validate prerequisites, and confirm service objectives
- Deploy the solution: install and perform standard software configuration, then validate the configuration and delivered solution
- Train users, prepare documentation, and deliver Qualiopi-compliant training sessions
- Support users during go-live
- Ensure actions are traceable through intervention reports and ticket records, and keep client files up to date
- Provide support and resolve complex functional and technical incidents
- Escalate incidents to internal experts or the software publisher, and track and close tickets
- Independently manage large-scale or complex projects, from requirements analysis through production deployment
- Perform complex configurations and deployments not covered by the documentation
- Advise clients on organizing and optimizing their business management processes
- Handle complex or specialized cases escalated by other consultants
- Provide technical guidance to other consultants through the internal expert hotline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree equivalent to two to five years of higher education
- Strong knowledge of accounting, business management, and finance
- Comfortable working with business management software
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong expertise in information systems
- Service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt communication to different audiences
- Commitment to regularly updating professional knowledge
