About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through online platforms, job fair events, employment centers, and employee referrals
Conduct thorough virtual candidate screenings and interviews
Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit
Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers
Collaborate with field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Maintain accurate and organized records using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Create ongoing recruitment/sourcing strategies and tools to increase applicants and drive awareness in the market
Recruiters review AI screening results and make all hiring decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
Experience with Sales recruitment an asset
Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
