About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a primary long-term partner and trusted advisor to customers
Lead weekly status calls, third-party vendor alignments, and design reviews
Prepare dashboards and agendas and manage the Rolling Action Item Log
Create and maintain release timelines and support release candidate prioritization
Provide technical recommendations and collaborate with customers on roadmaps
Coordinate with internal practice leads, consultants, developers, architects, and QA
Lead requirements gathering sessions
Assess Level of Effort for functional items and complete or delegate build/configuration changes
Manage repositories and promote completed builds to higher environments
Maintain requirements, test cases, functional and technical guides, integration specifications, and application documentation
Perform System Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing
Validate deployments in higher environments
Manage user lifecycle, permissions, and data integrity
Investigate issues, monitor error reports, and triage or escalate problems
Create and update reports and perform customer data extractions/exports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of how applications work and ability to envision solutions on the Force.com platform
Ability to provide technical assistance and advise customers on product features and enhancements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience authoring requirements, system specifications, and application guides
Understanding of project management concepts, including timeline management and LOE assessment
Salesforce Certification is required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
Experience interacting with, managing, or building with AI agentic workflows is nice to have
