Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery
Translate ambiguous business questions into tractable data analysis projects
Interpret and investigate data and statistical questions arising during client work
Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management teams on project goals and deliverables
Serve as primary client contact and address project concerns or issues
Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Stay current on healthcare analytics industry trends and best practices
Deliver complex analytics projects on time and within budget
Build client stakeholder relationships and support client satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct statistical analyses, construct and fit mathematical models, and answer questions using complex datasets
Implement process improvements for the Analytics Consulting team
Develop team member skills and capabilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts
Demonstrate healthcare analytics thought leadership through presentations, publications, and industry events
Develop domain expertise in projections, market landscaping, patient journey, line-of-therapy analytics, segmentation and targeting, commercial assessments, forecasting, and BD and Licensing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field
Proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients
Strong project management skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
Strategic and practical use of AI tools
Curiosity and initiative in exploring AI tools and workflows
Experience developing or sharing AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or prompts
Comfort working in AI-enhanced environments
Regular use of AI tools such as Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, Descript, Runway, Midjourney, or Microsoft Copilot
