Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery
Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management on project goals and deliverables
Serve as the primary client contact and address project concerns or issues
Monitor project progress and performance
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Stay current with healthcare analytics industry trends and best practices
Incorporate new insights and technologies into service offerings
Deliver complex analytics projects on time and within budget
Build collaborative relationships with client stakeholders
Implement process improvements for the Analytics Consulting team
Develop team member skills and capabilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Demonstrate thought leadership through presentations, publications, and industry events
Develop expertise in market landscaping, patient journey, line-of-therapy analytics, segmentation and targeting, commercial assessments, forecasting, and BD and Licensing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience
3–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field
Proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients
Strong project management skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
Strategic and creative application of AI tools
Curiosity and initiative in exploring AI tools and workflows
Experience developing or sharing AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or prompts
Comfortable working in AI-enhanced environments
Regular use of AI tools such as Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, Descript, Runway, Midjourney, or Microsoft Copilot
Consulting or professional services experience, preferably in healthcare
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR
Advanced analytical skills, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization
