Key responsibilities & impact

Build, operate, and improve infrastructure offerings for 150+ client organizations
Build and operate AWS cloud infrastructure based on customer requirements
Solve development and deployment challenges to make infrastructure reliable, maintainable, and cost-effective
Participate in feature rollouts with solution architects, forward-deployed engineers, and customer success teams
Improve data infrastructure, pipeline automation, codebase quality, and data quality
Design, architect, and implement systems supporting metadata, configuration, and data pipeline inputs
Develop and contribute to monitoring and alerting systems
Harden infrastructure security across networking, storage, and user access
Respond to and resolve customer-reported issues
Participate in an on-call rotation
Lead adoption of AI-driven development workflows using LLM-based tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Python
Deep technical troubleshooting skills
Extensive experience building backend APIs and microservices
Expert-level knowledge of AWS core services
Ability to architect scalable solutions from high-level requirements
Proficiency in Terraform/Scalr
Experience building robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Understanding of networking fundamentals, including subnets, CIDR, and VPCs
Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, or Temporal
Ability to leverage Gemini, ChatGPT, and Cursor
Excellent cross-team communication skills
Proven track record of driving complex projects to completion
Location in the PST / Pacific timezone
