About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish a prioritized go-to-market product roadmap agreed to by Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership
Create a clear intake and prioritization process
Simplify the go-to-market technology stack by reducing redundant tools and manual handoffs
Deliver major platform milestones with Engineering on agreed timelines and defined success criteria
Establish baselines and demonstrate measurable gains in time saved, cycle time, data quality, and user adoption
Build partnerships with senior GTM leaders and facilitate trade-off decisions
Lead working sessions with GTM, Legal, and Finance stakeholders to map processes and friction
Translate business requirements into specifications and prototypes, then work with developers to ship and scale solutions
Use AI to automate rote tasks and improve seller and operations productivity
Manage the tool and integration portfolio, evaluate vendors, make build-versus-buy decisions, and retire obsolete tools
Lead rollouts and change management with the Revenue Operations and Enablement Team
Influence senior leaders and push back constructively on executives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years owning roadmaps and prioritization for complex systems or platforms, with a track record of shipping alongside engineering teams
Working knowledge of revenue teams across lead management, account and territory management, pipeline and forecasting, quoting, and order fulfillment
Experience evaluating, implementing, or owning GTM technology, including CRM, CPQ, sales, and marketing platforms
Experience making build-versus-buy decisions
Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate work or improve team productivity, with measurable results
Solid grounding in data management and BI tools
Ability to define success metrics and track them
Ability to lead conversations with senior Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders and push back constructively
Hands-on experience building or shipping with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
Experience with integration or orchestration platforms such as Workato
Experience leading a system migration or replatforming effort
