About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide safe and consistent care for a child during school hours
- Provide personal care, medication and clinical interventions
- Manage tracheostomies, ventilation and specialist equipment
- Monitor clinical observations and recognise deterioration
- Maintain accurate records and escalate concerns immediately
- Follow detailed clinical care plans
- Support the child’s participation in football, Xbox, Lego and community activities
- Work within a dedicated, nurse-led team with nurse-led clinical oversight
Requirements
What you’ll need- A full UK driving licence
- Experience in care or confidence undertaking clinical training
- Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to follow detailed clinical protocols consistently
- Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping
- Genuine commitment to safe, person-centred care
- Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK
- Sponsorship is not available
