About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide nurse-led, person-centred care and support to a paediatric client in the client’s home
- Support the client’s individual complex healthcare needs
- Deliver care that promotes an enriched, independent life with dignity and purpose
- Work scheduled term-time shifts, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm
Requirements
What you’ll need- Existing work authorisation for the UK
- Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable
- Ability to provide care and support for a client with Trisomy 21, previous VSD, trachea pharyngomalacia, suprastomal collapse of his airway, and tracheostomy
