Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage commercial elevator construction projects
  • Maintain and update the agreed schedule
  • Track project resource status, including materials and labor
  • Manage procurement responsibilities, including subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure quality throughout the project life cycle
  • Measure results and address punch-list items
  • Ensure jobsite safety and verify compliance
  • Identify risks and opportunities through contract and jobsite analysis
  • Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Canada
  • Travel throughout Quebec, potentially up to 25% of the time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than five (5) years of construction project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or more than seven (7) years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in both French and English required
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or SAP
  • Experience managing jobsite safety and conducting compliance audits
  • Experience managing contracts, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Skills in managing cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Potential travel of up to 25% throughout Quebec
