About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide and effectively deliver installation methods training for branch offices
- Assist regional leaders with implementation of installation programs, processes, and initiatives
- Provide installation methods and process training to installation employees, including safety and quality training
- Audit documented processes to validate method and process alignment at the front-line level
- Provide feedback on changes needed to installation documentation, methods, training, design, manufacturing, and delivery
- Evaluate installations and provide recommendations and guidance to improve installation efficiency
- Support tendering and order development
- Support installation planning and execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of overall progressive experience installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators
- Strong background at the field installation level
- Progressive and demonstrated installation management skills
- Project management skills
- Training skills
- Ability to provide installation methods and process training, including safety and quality training
- Ability to audit documented processes and validate method and process alignment
- Ability to evaluate installations and recommend improvements to installation efficiency
- Ability to support tendering/order development and installation planning and execution
- Candidate must live within the area of the role’s scope of responsibility
- Ability to work remotely from a physical location identified to the Company
