About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, scale, and lead an international deal desk and deal operations function across EMEA and APJ
- Drive deal structuring, pricing strategy, operational efficiency, revenue growth, compliance, and deal value
- Manage, recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing international deal desk team
- Align with the AMER Deal Desk team to ensure global consistency and collaboration
- Lead strategic pricing policies, discount guidelines, and approval frameworks
- Partner with Sales leaders, managers, and sellers on regional goals and deal strategy
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Sales Operations, and Customer Success on complex enterprise deals
- Develop KPIs, analytics, and reporting frameworks for deal performance, trends, pricing dynamics, and compliance
- Support new product introductions by defining pricing, packaging, and deal structures
- Deliver training and enablement on pricing, deal structures, quoting tools, and deal processes
- Establish and enforce global deal desk policies and governance
- Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and automate manual activities
- Provide strategic, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor on deal structuring, negotiations, pricing, and risk assessment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Relevant experience supporting EMEA and APJ regions
- Deep expertise in quote-to-cash technologies and processes
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize pricing and deal management strategies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to influence Sales teams at all organizational levels and engage with Executive leaders
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, profitability analysis, and commercial terms negotiation
- Demonstrated leadership experience and team development capability
- Experience scaling operational processes in fast-growing, global technology or SaaS companies
- Demonstrated expertise in consumption-based pricing models and strategies
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
