About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set and deliver short-, medium- and long-term digital marketing strategy
  • Use data and customer insights to improve experiences across digital channels
  • Lead website strategy, user experience and development roadmap
  • Manage landing pages, A/B testing, conversion optimisation, tracking and attribution
  • Improve performance across email, marketing automation, search engine marketing, social media, paid digital advertising and other digital channels
  • Manage and improve digital marketing platforms across automation, analytics, personalisation and campaign management
  • Identify practical uses for new technology, including AI, to improve campaign delivery and customer engagement
  • Work with Sales to align campaigns with business priorities
  • Improve lead quality and handover
  • Develop account-based marketing programs for priority accounts and key decision-makers
  • Manage digital agency partners from briefing and strategy through campaign delivery and optimisation
  • Partner with Data & Insights to turn customer data into insights
  • Report on marketing ROI, pipeline contribution and cost per acquisition
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and direct investment across channels and agencies to maximise return

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital marketing, with a track record of turning strategy into measurable results
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, preferred
  • Experience delivering digital marketing in a B2B sales environment
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Experience with account-based marketing and close alignment with Sales
  • Hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, SEO and email
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing technologies
  • Experience managing digital marketing platforms and website development
  • Experience with landing pages, user journeys and conversion funnels
  • Ability to assess and apply new technology, including AI-enabled tools, where it adds practical value
  • Commercial experience managing digital marketing budgets
  • Ability to demonstrate return through lead growth, pipeline contribution and more efficient acquisition
  • Strong relationship-building skills across Sales, creative and data teams, agency partners and global colleagues
  • Previous people management experience preferred
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Sound judgement and close attention to detail
  • Ability to balance longer-term planning with changing campaign priorities and deadlines
  • Successful candidate required to undertake background checks
