About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver platform-based behavioral health care and wellness coaching support to youth and young adults ages 13–25
- Conduct mental health and wellness screening, assessment, and progress monitoring
- Perform risk assessment and mitigation
- Identify users experiencing or at risk of social, emotional, and/or behavioral difficulties
- Support people in crisis and facilitate referrals when needed
- Provide prevention, wellness promotion, psychoeducation, structured coaching chats, and therapy sessions
- Coordinate care and perform case management
- Provide behavioral health and wellness coaching interventions
- Develop individualized care plans, set goals, and create action plans for positive behavioral change
- Address determinants of positive mental health and mental health problems
- Moderate user-generated content according to company policies, ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on user submissions when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members on content-related issues
- Use an evidence- and data-informed approach to clinical care
- Participate in regular audits and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate, current clinical documentation
- Liaise with professionals regarding safeguarding issues and concerns
- Support operational aspects to ensure consistent, reliable, and repeatable experiences
- Perform duties in compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, safeguarding, protection, and data protection legislation
- Communicate with healthcare providers to provide a seamless care experience
- Attend and contribute to clinical supervision, performance management, team meetings, and required individual/group supervision
- Complete mandatory in-house training and continuing professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field required
- Must currently hold an active New Jersey or Michigan license to practice therapy and will be subject to additional licensure on hire
- Licenses in Michigan or New Jersey must be in good standing
- Experience providing mental health therapy to individuals, preferably within a digital or online setting
- Strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations relevant to the practice of Therapy
- Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED
