About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run sample analyses in the lab and write clear reports
  • Demonstrate AMS, Chopin, and Unity Scientific instruments
  • Help customers validate and transfer methods
  • Visit customer sites for demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting
  • Support the sales team with technical questions, objections, and competitor comparisons

  • Help train new team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Food Science, or a related field
  • Advanced degree is a nice-to-have, not required
  • Experience in applications support, ideally in scientific instrumentation or food
  • Comfort working hands-on with laboratory equipment
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Organized and able to remain composed when priorities shift
  • Willingness to work with people and instruments
  • Based at the Westborough, Massachusetts headquarters
  • Up to 50% travel
