About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for Technology-related issues and requests
- Manage incidents, problems, and access management tickets through level 1–2 support
- Solve issues and communicate with Business, other Technology units, and third-party suppliers
- Forward issues to internal or external developers when necessary
- Take ownership of tickets and follow their lifecycle through resolution
- Coordinate resolution steps with different global groups
- Create, update, and maintain the knowledge base
- Investigate issues using acquired knowledge or by analyzing logs, SQL Server databases, or code based on business-process understanding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Affinity for the operation and maintenance of Microsoft-based applications and infrastructure
- Good understanding of general IT concepts (software, hardware, operating systems, networks, etc.)
- Strong team player with good collaboration skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Degree in Economics or a related field (advantage)
- Microsoft certification (advantage)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (advantage)
- Experience working with global stakeholders (advantage)
