About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support KPMG clients in addressing strategic and operational challenges using international expertise, local knowledge, and management consulting practices
- Support projects involving business strategy development, market and industry analysis, and operational and process optimization
- Work on assignments for private sector companies, public authorities, and international donor organizations
- Contribute to all stages of client engagements, from collecting and analyzing information to formulating and testing hypotheses and developing recommendations
- Conduct research by gathering, structuring, systematizing, and benchmarking information
- Perform data analysis to identify key issues and generate initial insights
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to address client challenges
- Translate analytical outputs into clear visual materials, including charts, tables, and graphs
- Participate in preparing and delivering client presentations and reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate or last year student (able to work full time)
- All majors considered, with preference for accounting, finance, business administration, economics, mathematics, or public administration
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Flexibility to work across different industries and engagement types
- Ability to prepare clear and well-structured presentations and reports
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Curiosity, desire to learn and grow professionally
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
