About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead client engagements and work streams related to procurement, supply chain and operational improvement projects
  • Develop supply chain consulting function, mentor and develop junior team members
  • Help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
  • Assist with proposals preparation and other business development activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, providing advisory services related to supply chain, procurement, and operational restructuring to external clients OR experience of working in industry (large multinational or leading Ukrainian companies (retail, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics)) in developed supply chain/procurement function
  • Deep knowledge of one or several topics: demand planning, category management, procurement, logistics (transportation and warehouse management), inventory optimization
  • Experience of procurement process/function reframing or transformation, strategy development, creating and calculating business cases is a plus
  • Experience in mapping and analysis of "AS IS" processes, re-engineering and development of "TO BE" business-process, knowledge of various BPM software, notations systems and methodologies is an advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and sound commercial acumen, pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Ukrainian is a must
  • Excellent Power Point skills
