About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team on restructuring and financial advisory engagements
  • Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, operational performance, profitability, liquidity, cash flow, and working capital
  • Participate in independent business reviews and financial diagnostics projects
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analytical reports
  • Perform market, industry, and competitor research to support client engagements
  • Assess business performance and identify key financial and operational risks
  • Prepare recommendations aimed at improving financial sustainability, profitability, and business performance
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and management teams to collect and analyze information
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other client deliverables
  • Support management throughout engagement planning and execution processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, or a related field
  • Working experience in financial analysis, FP&A, banking, corporate finance, audit, consulting, transaction services, or related areas for at least 1 year
  • Knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standarts is a must
  • ACCA/CFA passed papers will be a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis principles
  • Experience analyzing company performance, profitability, liquidity, cash flows, and key financial metrics
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance management processes will be an advantage
  • Understanding of financial markets and business environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • A confident user of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communication and and social skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Flexibility, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
  • High motivation, creativity and team player
  • Demonstrate high engagement and teamwork skills
  • Self driven and responsible
