Key responsibilities & impact

Craft messaging across campaigns, landing pages, emails, in-app experiences, paid ads, and social for Kraken Pro
Capture the voice of CT, FinTwit, and the trading floor
Shape narratives for new product launches and feature releases
Turn technical updates into clear, compelling stories
Build and protect the Kraken Pro tone of voice across touchpoints
Collaborate with Design, Product, Growth, and Social to brief, iterate, and ship copy
Run copy experiments, track performance, and iterate based on data
Partner with Legal and Communications to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in copywriting or content
Experience ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading
Portfolio demonstrating copy that moved people to act
Ability to write quickly and perform under pressure
High AI competency
Ability to write headlines, long-form copy, microcopy, scripts, threads, email flows, and taglines
Deep familiarity with crypto and trading culture and trader language
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Creative and detail-oriented
Ability to work closely with designers
Experience using Figma for copy placement or ability to mock up concepts
Ability to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments
