Lead, mentor, and support a cross-functional team of engineers delivering growth-critical systems and features
Collaborate with Product and Design to define scope, set priorities, and ensure execution
Maintain clear expectations, realistic estimates, and transparent stakeholder communication
Provide technical guidance for architectural and implementation decisions
Foster accountability, trust, learning, impact, and autonomy within the team
Improve team processes, communication, and collaboration across time zones
Partner with engineering leaders on consistency and best practices across Growth
Leverage AI tooling daily to improve personal and team productivity
Stay hands-on in the codebase, writing production-grade code and maintaining quality, reliability, and speed
Build AI-driven growth systems, tools, automations, and infrastructure serving millions of users globally

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading engineering teams and delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment
Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, clarity, and empowerment
Solid technical foundation, especially on the backend
Ability to engage in design discussions and code reviews
Strong individual contributor background and ability to write production-grade code
High proficiency in modern AI-driven development and daily use of AI tooling
Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages, such as TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or similar
Product mindset and focus on user impact and key metrics
Clear communication and organizational skills
Experience working in distributed, remote-first teams
