About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the operating partner to Payward Services leadership
Run business planning, goal-setting, business reviews, and leadership updates
Track metrics showing how Payward Services is performing
Automate manual work across the business using AI and integrations
Automate partner launch checklists and reporting
Improve partner launches with Solutions, Product, and Compliance
Build a repeatable launch process and shorten time to go-live
Bring new products and acquired businesses onto the Payward Services operating rhythm
Lead strategic and cross-functional projects critical to Payward Services' success
Work with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance
Report to the head of Payward Services Business Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or similar roles
In-house experience at a payments, fintech, financial services, or crypto company
Track record of owning a process end to end and driving it to completion
Experience building systems and maintaining processes independently
Ability to build launch plans and automate workflows
Experience using AI tools, scripts, or no-code automation
Clear communication across Sales, leadership, and Engineering audiences
Comfort with data and rigorous attention to detail
Self-starter who creates roadmaps when none exist
Background in payments, card programs, or crypto infrastructure is a plus
Ability to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of the hiring process
Must select a city and country of work location
Must disclose whether work sponsorship will be needed
