About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the operating partner to Payward Services leadership
Run planning, goal-setting, business reviews, leadership updates, and performance metric tracking
Automate manual business processes using AI and integrations
Improve partner launch processes with Solutions, Product, and Compliance
Build repeatable launch processes and shorten time to go-live
Bring new products and acquired businesses onto the Payward Services operating rhythm
Lead strategic and cross-functional projects critical to Payward Services' success
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or similar roles
In-house experience at a payments, fintech, financial services, or crypto company
Track record of owning a process end to end and driving it to completion
Ability to build systems and maintain processes independently
Ability to build launch plans and automate workflows
Experience using AI tools, scripts, or no-code automation to remove manual work
Clear communication across Sales, leadership, and Engineering audiences
Ability to write requirements Engineering can build from
Comfort with data and rigorous attention to detail
Self-starter who can create a roadmap when one does not exist
Background in payments, card programs, or crypto infrastructure is a nice to have
