About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own paid static creative for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity
Build creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X
Concept and edit performance video in formats including 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5
Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video and imagery
Develop culturally timely, internet-native concepts and creative pillars
Version and localize assets across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements
Manage approximately a dozen concurrent workstreams spanning multiple formats and markets
Design creative for testing and interpret results to inform hooks, concepts and cuts
Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to secure approvals
Maintain high craft standards and organized files
Report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design
Serve as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in performance creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency
Portfolio demonstrating paid static work, two or three full video cuts, AI-generated or AI-assisted work, and tested concepts with results
Layout, hierarchy, type and composition skills across thumbnail, feed and multilingual formats
Platform-native experience with Meta, TikTok and YouTube
Video skills from concept to finished, sound-designed cut
High-level command of generative AI video and image tooling, with shipped work
Experience with structured creative testing programs and metrics including thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS
Fluency in internet and meme culture
Ability to work quickly through multiple review rounds and late changes
Experience working within regulatory constraints and market-specific requirements
Copywriting skills using plain language, value-first messaging, no hype and no jargon
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop
Strong generative AI skills
Curiosity about investing and crypto, and ability to make the space understandable to others
