About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and enhance product data structures
  • Further develop the BI landscape and customer analytics capabilities
  • Connect data sources to create comprehensive data models
  • Measure and conduct insightful analyses of customer data, Customer Lifetime Value, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze conversion, reactivation, and retention rates across the entire customer journey
  • Analyze all customer touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle and identify optimization opportunities
  • Identify and incorporate AI opportunities into relevant processes, such as personalized product recommendations, automated text generation, and churn prediction
  • Lead data-driven projects from conception through rollout
  • Structure complex data and generate actionable insights for the company and its customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient in working with complex customer data and segmentation models
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Proficient in working with relational databases such as MySQL and BigQuery
  • Expertise in at least one BI visualization tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Matomo
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly understand, structure, and clearly present complex relationships
  • Strong hands-on mentality, combined with a pragmatic and self-motivated approach to work
  • Solid knowledge of the cruise industry is a plus, but not required
  • Interest in the company's products and business models
