About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with setting up and managing new and existing ship data and cruise line information
  • Support the creation of new cruises and package deals on the website
  • Develop improvements using AI tools
  • Review existing cruises in the database for itinerary changes, corrections, and cancellations
  • Update, maintain, and manage the database, including add-on services, new ships and ports, and itineraries
  • Support the creation of product copy incorporating SEO-relevant keywords
  • Revise existing product copy for search engine optimization
  • Assist with setting up and updating sales promotions and special offers
  • Translate content into English and, in the future, additional languages
  • Occasionally edit image files, maintain the image database, and create collages
  • Work with the Product team to update the website with user-friendly, search-engine-optimized content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are enrolled as a student in tourism, content, business, communications, media, or a related field
  • Initial experience in content management or SEO is an advantage
  • Experience with image-editing software, PIM, or CMS systems is an advantage
  • You work in a structured, organized, and independent manner while also being a team player
  • Strong interest in technical processes
  • Interest in using AI tools professionally
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused approach to work
  • German as a native language is a prerequisite; near-perfect spelling and grammar
  • Excellent English skills
  • Passion for the tourism and cruise industries
  • Solid geographical knowledge
