  • Strong understanding of electronic design and embedded software development
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects
  • Ability to understand technical challenges and support engineers in finding effective solutions
  • Experience with project and resource planning
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance technical priorities, team development, and project requirements
