About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage project or program scope, schedules, resources, costs, risks, and communications
  • Coordinate dependencies across projects, consolidate budgets and performance indicators, and ensure delivery of expected benefits
  • Manage contracts, deliverables, and Statements of Work (SoWs), keeping documentation organized and up to date
  • Maintain execution momentum, identify variances, take proactive action, and escalate when necessary
  • Lead customer communications in collaboration with the technical team
  • Follow and strengthen PMO processes, routines, and tools, promoting governance, standardization, and predictability
  • Demonstrate ownership and foster cross-functional collaboration across the company
  • Take end-to-end responsibility and quickly course-correct when needed
  • Apply strategic thinking, practical execution, a PDCA mindset, and integration with operations
  • Prioritize effectively, reduce noise, and keep the team working at the right cadence
  • Take a technically grounded approach and propose solutions to problems
  • Maintain clear processes, effective controls, and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Deliver under pressure while maintaining emotional balance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Computer, Production, or related fields), Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • For the Program Manager position, experience managing programs or portfolios of interdependent projects
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with diverse stakeholders and high technical complexity
  • Proficiency in predictive and agile methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Experience with project schedules, contracts, KPIs, risks, and financial controls
  • Ability to establish and sustain management rituals (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, etc.)
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (reading, technical writing, and conversation)
  • PMP, CSM, PMO-CP, or equivalent certification
  • PgMP certification preferred for the Program Manager position
  • Experience with FINEP-funded projects preferred
