About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the bridge between retailer needs and KWI’s unified commerce platform
  • Guide prospects, clients, and partners from initial conversation through successful adoption
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations
  • Run discovery sessions and map business requirements to KWI’s functional capabilities
  • Create solution documentation and support RFP responses
  • Help clients configure and optimize KWI, including process and workflow changes and change management
  • Build and deliver training programs and materials for store associates and head-office teams
  • Provide proactive and reactive client product support and escalate issues to Product
  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and adoption signals
  • Own the quality and consistency of client-facing product content, including guides, videos, in-app walk-throughs, and release notes
  • Enable partners with KWI’s value proposition, use cases, and materials
  • Build relationships with technology and ecosystem partners and develop joint value propositions
  • Translate client challenges into product requirements and share user and market insights with Product and Customer Success
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Client Delivery, and Customer Success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in a presales, product specialist, client training, or customer support role—ideally in retail technology, commerce, or B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Deep understanding of retail operations, including point of sale, merchandising, order management, or CRM, and how they connect
  • Ability to lead compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific audiences and use cases
  • Experience creating and delivering in-person and virtual training
  • Experience producing training content such as guides, help articles, videos, or in-app walk-throughs
  • Experience gathering requirements and documenting them clearly for business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across Sales, Product, and Client Delivery teams
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
