About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions
Implement components using design documentation and functional programming specifications
Document implemented components and ensure they are unit-tested and ready for integration
Architect solutions, test code, and deploy and build CI/CD pipelines
Provide work estimates for assigned development work
Guide features, functional objectives, and technologies for interested parties
Lead architecture and technical strategy
Mentor teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Build enterprise AI workflows, multi-agent systems, and scalable backend services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years in software engineering, including AI application development (LLMs, RAG)
Strong Python and backend expertise building scalable APIs and microservices
Experience with LLMs, RAG, tool/function calling
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and ingestion pipelines
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, or similar agent frameworks
Proven experience designing enterprise AI workflows and multi-agent systems
Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure/GCP
Strong knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, RBAC, API security, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege access
Knowledge of AI security, including OWASP LLM Top 10, guardrails, prompt injection, and A2A security
Experience with AI monitoring, prompt testing, cost optimization, and performance tracking
Ability to lead architecture and technical strategy
Experience mentoring teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and product mindset
