  • Define agent states, confidence levels, permissions, explanations, escalations, and outcomes across digital, spatial, and physical surfaces
  • Map human-agent-system models, workflows, knowledge requirements, decision matrices, handoffs, and policy constraints
  • Rapidly prototype using sketches, Wizard-of-Oz simulations, coded interfaces, live agents, connected devices, and fabricated forms
  • Connect synthetic or real-world data, APIs, LLM/agent frameworks, and external tools for end-to-end prototypes
  • Lead co-design sessions and user testing
  • Present interactive prototypes and facilitate executive workshops
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships on smaller engagements under Director oversight
  • Capture reusable interaction logic, component libraries, agent states, prompt templates, and evaluation frameworks
  • Hand off flows, code repositories, dependencies, risks, and test evidence to delivery and pilot teams
  • Experiment with sensors, microcontrollers, edge devices, and ambient feedback to advance human-AI collaboration
