About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead across multi-disciplinary consulting teams
- Guide complex consulting engagements
- Create and position strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite
- Address complex business and IT customer solutions and ecosystem-wide transformations
- Drive profitable growth in Core Enterprise and zCloud using Mainframe experience and modernization expertise
- Build strong client relationships and lead teams to success
- Lead overall client engagements and deliver high-quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders
- Work in pre- or post-deal transaction environments
- Plan post-deal implementation and support execution
- Focus on financial impact, utilization, contribution, client impact, and leadership
- Foster talent development and innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building relationships with senior C-level and IT executives and creating referenceable customers
- Experience understanding customer goals, needs, and constraints and establishing vision, transformation, and modernization strategies
- Understanding of Cloud, DevSecOps, Mainframe, Agile, and Scrum
- Ability to identify inefficiencies through readiness assessments and develop strategies to optimize IT or cloud resources and capabilities
- Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application development
- Proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with delivery and business development success and growth
- Consultative leadership approach to identify and create demand across Kyndryl capabilities
- Fluency in German and English
- Knowledge of mainframe, including IBM i and IBM Z and adjacent cloud, midrange, desktop/browser/mobile integration environments (preferred)
- Experience creating, defining, and developing Consult patterns and presentations for Mainframe Application Modernization (preferred)
